  3. The BCA Conditions of Entry and Sale apply to all purchases made by a MyBCA Card holder.
  4. BCA will, at its discretion, issue a MyBCA Card to any BCA account holder, subject to the application requirements being met and the application fee (if any) being paid and submitted together with the properly completed application form.
  5. The level of buyers fee will vary according to the colour of the MyBCA Card. The colour of any card issued will be dependent on the volume of vehicles purchased in the preceding 12 month period, a valid application and the payment of the appropriate fee.
  6. Your MyBCA Card must be presented when purchasing vehicles through BCA in order to benefit from the buyers fee relevant to the colour of your MyBCA Card. In the absence of a MyBCA Card a private buyers fee will be charged.
  7. MyBCA Card will be valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of issue or such shorter period as BCA may at its discretion determine.
  8. MyBCA Cards must be destroyed immediately upon receipt of a replacement card or cancellation. BCA will not be liable for the use of any expired or cancelled MyBCA Card.
  9. The Cardholder must notify BCA immediately if their card is stolen or lost. BCA accepts no liability for the use of any MyBCA Card that results from a card being lost or stolen where the card holder has failed to notify BCA in writing.
