Registering to Buy Online
To access BCA Live Online and BCA Buyer app you need to be a registered BCA Trade buyer with online buying access. For eligibility criteria and how to register to buy online please click here.
Accessing Live Online on a mobile
To access Live Online on your mobile you will need to do so via the Buyer app, alternatively use your desktop or an iPad tablet.
The Buyer app helps you manage your buying wherever you are including live bidding. Search BCA Buyer on the App Store or Google Play Store. Alternatively you can download below.

Logging in to Live Online or BCA Buyer app
If you have registered for Live Online please log in using your BCA One Login user details. (This is the same log in that you will use to access the BCA website). Please ensure you are using the correct details for sign in. If you need to reset your password, click here. If you are still experiencing issues you will need to contact Customer Services via email@example.com.
You can access BCA Live Online via our website in the top menu, alternatively you can access via this secure URL
To access Live Online on the Buyer app please log in using your BCA One Login. You also have the option to set up touch ID or Face ID if available on your mobile.
Purchasing a vehicle
Once you have secured your vehicle online you can need to manage your purchases via My Purchases within MyBCA. Here you will find your invoices and will be able to pay online. You can do this within the web version or the Buyer app.
Online collections booking
We have now introduced click and collect so once you have purchased your vehicle you will be able to book an online collection via My Collections, or alternatively arrange delivery within My Purchases.* Please note Click and Collect is only available at the moment via the website and not via the Buyer app.
Please be aware that My Collections is only available for booking online for those vehicle that are available at a BCA site.
Please make sure your browser software is up to date. If you have the BCA Buyer app make sure you are on the latest version of the app.
Desktop Browser Recommendations
We support Chrome and Mozilla Firefox for viewing Live Online sales. Please be aware in other browsers the functionality for Live Online may not work.
To access Live Online on your mobile you will need to do so via the Buyer app.

We support Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. Please be aware in other browsers the functionality for Live Online may not work.
Bidding on BCA Live Online using a tablet
BCA Live Online only supports Safari on iPad and iPad mini tablets at the moment. If you do not have an iPad or iPad mini we suggest you log in to Live Online using a laptop or desktop computer. Alternatively download the Buyer app and access via your mobile.
If you are experiencing a slow service with the site, you may need to check your network connection. If you are connected to the internet via a 4G or 3G signal/network, you may experience slower connection speeds. For an optimal experience we recommend connecting to a secure Wi-Fi network.
The video picture and sound should be visible if you click on the play icon in the BCA Live Online bidding tabs. If the video does not play or the sound is not clear, you should check your connection is fast enough. For an optimal experience we recommend a minimum of 1mbps connection speed.
